2. ヒアリング

   丁寧にご要望を伺います。来社頂いて直接お話させて頂いても、オンラインでも結構です。

   We will listen to your requirements carefully. You can come and talk to us in person or online.

3. ファーストプレゼンテーション

   敷地に直接伺い周辺環境の確認・調査、法的整理ののちプランニング、工程計画、また模型やパースによるプレゼンテーションを行います。STEP3より、ご依頼に応じた初期提案への費用負担、もしくはご契約をお願いしております。

   First Presentation

   We visit the site directly and survey the surrounding environment, and check Legal requirement. After that we carry out process planning and drawing and presentation using models and perspective drawings.

4. 設計

   設計契約後、基本設計、実施設計といった本格的な設計に移行します。詳細な設計図を作成後正確な総工費をお見積り、工事への許認可申請を行います。その後ご紹介する施工会社と直接工事契約を締結頂きます。施工者による総工費を第3者の目で精査し、クライアントの立場で適正に価格交渉します。

   Plan

   After the design contract, the project moves on to full-scale design, including schematic design and detail design. Then, we estimate total construction costs and apply for construction permits. Then, you will sign a construction contract directly with the construction company we introduce. We check the total construction cost and conduct price negotiations from the client’s view.

5. 施工

   施工の監理を行います。クライアントに代わって、設計図書通りに施工が行われているかチェックし、状況を報告します。

   Construction

   We supervise construction on behalf of our clients. We check whether construction is being carried out according to the design documents and report the status.

6. お引渡し

   行政・消防等の竣工検査を受けたのち、お引渡しです。1年後の検査、またその後のメンテナンスなど、引き続きお付き合いをさせて頂きます。

   Completion and Transfer

   After a completion inspection by the government and fire department, the building is handed over to the client, who will continue to work with the client for inspections after one year and for maintenance thereafter.
