体験をギフトとして販売する企業の新オフィス。とりわけ明るく風通しの良い社風で、子育て世代の若い女性も多く、子連れ出勤を奨励している。働くママの周りを自由に遊び回る子供たちが日常のオフィスの風景として印象的であり、それがオフィスの中心となるような構成にしたいと考えた。コーポレートカラーであるブルーカーペットを執務エリアの中央に配置し、そこをキッズエリアとすることで、働くことも、子供を育てることも、どちらも日々の体験として楽しむことのできるオフィスをつくりたいと考えた。

This project is the new office for a company that sells experiences as gifts. The company is known for its bright, open, and welcoming culture, with many young mothers on staff and a policy that encourages bringing children to work. The everyday sight of children freely playing around their working mothers was particularly striking, and the design sought to make this atmosphere the central feature of the office.

A blue carpet in the corporate color was placed at the center of the workspace, designating it as the kids’ area. By positioning this play zone at the heart of the office, the space allows both working and raising children to be enjoyed as part of daily life making the office itself an experience to be shared.
