難波宮跡公園「なノにわ」の一角にあるカフェを設計した。大阪市初となるPark-PFIによる商業施設「なノにわ」。店舗は大阪城から連続する大きな公園に面しており、目の前にははおおらかな芝生の広場が広がっている。観光客も多く、一日を通して常に公園を訪れた人が行き来するような場所である。 そこで、できるだけ公園のもつ明るく開放的な環境に溶け込むように、その空気感を店舗の中にまで連続したいと考えた。外壁の窓際はカウンター席にしつつ、全般照明やペンダント照明、テーブルを奥行方向に連続させることで、店内も公園の一部であるような自然な繋がりをつくっている。 お散歩のついでに気軽に立ち寄ることのできる、広場そのもののようなカフェ。においてこだわり抜いた自家焙煎のスペシャルティコーヒーと名物のアサイーボウルを楽しんで欲しい。

We designed a cafe located in a corner of Naniwa Palace Ruins Park, "Nanoniwa." Nanoniwa is Osaka City's first commercial facility built using Park-PFI. The store faces the large park that continues from Osaka Castle, with a spacious grassy plaza in front of it. It is a popular tourist spot, with park visitors constantly coming and going throughout the day.
We wanted to blend in as much as possible with the bright and open environment of the park, and continue that atmosphere into the cafe. We have installed counter seating by the exterior window, while continuing the general lighting, pendant lighting, and tables in the depth direction, creating a natural connection between the cafe and the park.
This cafe is like the plaza itself, and is a casual place to stop by on a stroll. We hope you will enjoy their carefully roasted specialty coffee and their famous acai bowls.
