CONCEPT
建築の構造体に対して平面的に30°の傾きを設けて壁面を配置することで、対角に伸びる視線や導線が訪れた人に奥行と広がりを感じさせることができる。アートウォールのような自立した壁面には各所にミラタップの商材が展示され、ギャラリーを巡るようにゆっくりとそれらを体験することができる。また、ミラタップのタイルによって構成された壁面に混ざって、地元福岡で仕入れた自然素材が顔を覗かせている。甘木の赤土を用いた土壁、有明海で取れた古代貝灰を用いた漆喰、大川の材木問屋で仕入れた樺（かば）材のテーブルなど、地域性と歴史を感じる素材感を散りばめられている。ミラタップの追及するミニマリズムの中に潜む奥深いマテリアリシティを感じてもらえると嬉しい。
By setting the wall surfaces at a 30° angle against the structural grid, diagonal lines of sight and circulation are introduced, giving visitors a sense of depth and spatial openness. Freestanding walls, like art installations, display Miratap’s products throughout the space, allowing visitors to experience them gradually as though walking through a gallery.
Amidst the walls composed of Miratap tiles, locally sourced natural materials from Fukuoka are also featured, earthen walls made with Amagi red clay, plaster using ancient shell ash from the Ariake Sea, and a birch table procured from a lumber wholesaler in Ōkawa. These scattered details evoke both regional character and historical resonance.
The intent is for visitors to experience the profound materiality that lies within the minimalism pursued by Miratap.
